What happens next

  1. We check it. Every day we open new suggestions, see what kind of source each is, and whether we already have it.
  2. We draft it. We work out how to read it and how often it changes, and test it on a copy of the data.
  3. It is approved. A person approves each new source before it reaches the live tool.
  4. We keep it current. From then on it refreshes on its schedule, and the question that led to it is asked again.

We take web pages, PDFs and office documents, images, YouTube videos and playlists, and open-data datasets (ArcGIS, the City's open data portal). Google Drive folders and Zoom recordings are coming. Public material only: don't send anything private or behind a login.
